Flexography is a printing process that utilizes a special type of flexible printing plate. The process itself is similar to letterpress printing, but is much more cost effective. Flexographic printing can be used for printing on materials that normal printing can’t accommodate, such as plastic, plastic films, metallic films, foils and cellophanes, and a wide variety of papers.
Century Label’s standard 4-color process printing is at 175 dpi (dots per inch), meaning that your artwork, photography and photographs will reproduce better than you ever thought possible.
